🏛 CASE STUDY: Smart-HoReCa & LTV Marketing (Munchen Pub)
Object: Munchen Pub & Karaoke. Status: Long-term partnership (Retainer). Objective: Increasing reservations and showcasing zoning (pub, karaoke, VIP halls).

1. The Solution: Interactive Hospitality Ecosystem
We created not just a virtual walk, but a functional client acquisition tool:

Booking System: A table reservation function is embedded directly inside the 3D tour. Guests select the exact table they like visually.

Visual Menu: Dish selection is integrated within the locations, increasing the average check (appetite comes during viewing).

Navigation: Clear distinction of leisure zones: main hall, karaoke, private booths.

2. Distribution & Marketing
Maximum audience reach through key touchpoints:

Geo-services: The tour is published on 2GIS and Google Maps listings (under the client's official brand), boosting the venue's ranking in local search results.

Social Media: Integration of the tour link into the venue's Instagram account for quick conversion of followers into guests.

3. Result & LTV (Life Time Value)
The project proved its economic efficiency, evolving into a recurring service model:

Relevance: The client commissions an update of the digital twin annually following interior changes or redecoration.

Loyalty: The tool has become an integral part of the venue's marketing strategy, ensuring a steady flow of guests who know in advance where they will be seated.
